This hotel surpassed our expectations. The rooms are super clean and nicely decorated. The bed is very comfortable. The front staff at the desk are super friendly and efficient. Breakfast is typical. The breakfast area is very clean and tidy.
Staff at this location was great. Kelly was there for me at check in and check out and was very inviting. My suite was clean and newly updated. I was impressed with the quality of fixtures and hardware (tiled shower and bathroom floor, soft close drawers and cabinets, high end furniture.) It rivals some of the nicer hotels I have stayed at. My only two nit-picks were that no vanity kit (toothbrush/ toothpaste etc.) was included in the room, and that the breakfast area was crowded and could have been a separate room from the reception area. To be fair, it seemed like a large event was in town and the traffic at breakfast was likely abnormal. There was an option to leave housekeeping a tip digitally which I appreciated. This location is located within 15 minutes of Strong Memorial Hospital.
Excellent hotel stay. Very clean and quiet. Standard hotel mattresses and feather pillows. Free breakfast had pearl sugar Belgian waffles instead of make-your-own. Also appreciate that they didn’t skimp on maid service in the name of “saving the planet.”
Beautifully renovated spacious rooms... The complimentary breakfast has an excellent variety for all... The hotel is located right in the center of the action bit off the path enough to enjoy some quiet socializing in their outdoor area...
This hotel was so amazing! We had a great room! Every one who we encountered was amazing! So polite and helpful. They had free breakfast every day. Was hot and delicious.definetly a great place to stay!
I’m an avid Residence Inn customer, and this is the best one bar none. I stay here even if it’s further away from my destination. It’s that good. Just wish they offered EV chargers. One day, maybe!
We had an amazing stay. The staff was warm welcoming and friendly, they couldn’t be nicer. Beautiful property, cleaning was immaculate, breakfast was delish, very quiet at night, and we slept very well. I’ve stayed in a lot of Marriott properties and this one is one of the best!
We stayed here for one night during a long cross-country drive. Check-in was fast and easy — the attendant was very friendly and accommodating. Our suite felt spacious and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking lot is very well lit, so we felt safe leaving our moving truck there overnight. Overall a wonderful experience!
